Consume it...Burn it! Exercise to burn off your Christmas favourites



 Christmas Day is simply one day of the year and is a great opportunity to spend time with family and friends.  This of course goes hand in hand with eating and drinking!!!! 

 

Christmas Day celebrations seem to last about 6 weeks with work Christmas functions, catching up with friends and neighbourhood gatherings!




So I thought I would share some of our favourite Christmas treats with you and what exercise you are going to need to plan to burn off those excess calories!
