300 grams Chicken Mince
1 cup blitzed veggies (I put celery, red onion, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini)
1 small egg
Buckwheat flour to bind
1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Lemongrass
1/2 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Gourmet Garden Chili
Make meat balls and refrigerate for 20 mins if you have time they will hold their shape better.
Fry with a little cooking spray
Sauce
1/2 teaspoon green curry paste
Dash fish sauce if you have it
small tin of evaporated milk
simmer to thicken slightly
(I added a little bit of sour cream to the kids dipping sauce to cool things down a little)
